The Joys of Yoga

The Private Session allows you to dive deeper into yoga practice. The focus is on alignment and breath, and a special emphasis on proper technique helps you reconnect and rejuvenate your body.  Why not grab a partner and book together! This is a popular one, so contact Alana to schedule a time.  Online works well with all schedules.
$50/ Hour Individual Private Session
$40/ Hour Each if scheduling more than 2 people

Soaring Yoga's Live Online and In-Studio Classes are a much-needed break from the stress and speed of everyday life. All you need to do is choose a class, book online and begin or continue your yoga journey!

Small Group In-Studio Classes can be arranged for your group as well.

Or maybe you'd love to create yourself a Herbal Stick after an intentional energy Yoga practice.  Either way, make some time for yourself and your friends!
Maximum of 8 Participants per event if held at Soaring Yoga Studio.  Option to plan these events online as well so friends from all over can join in the experience!

ONLINE INTRODUCTION TO YOGA SERIES

Yoga Is Self Care

This 4 class online series takes away the 'first time' jitters of attending any yoga class, whether it be online or in a studio. Learn the benefits of yoga, basic poses, breathing techniques, simple meditation and class styles.
If time does not allow you to commit to all four classes, there is the option to register for individual sessions.
